Wood-Destroying Insects - $60 plus tax
Subterranean termites are a concern in any home with a wooden structure or
components. Subterranean termites have three primary needs: food, which
to the Subterranean termite is anything made of cellulose (i.e. wood, cardboard,
books); a constant source of moisture, and shelter which is provided to the soil.

Dry Rot - $30 plus tax
Dry rot can ruin any type of wood anywhere in or out of your home and
almost always caused by exposure to excess moisture. The attack is usually
due to faulty construction or lack of maintenance.

Radon - $150 plus tax
Radon is a cancer-causing, radioactive gas that is found all over the U.S.
and according to the Surgeon General, Radon is the second leading cause
of lung cancer. Radon comes from the natural (radioactive) breakdown of
uranium in soil, rock and water. You can breathe or ingest it into your body.

Mechanical Inspection - $175 plus tax
This entails an inspection of the water heater, heating and cooling apparatus,
and major appliances.

Duplex, Triplex, and Fourplex- $125 per unit
